How do I book a class? 

Eligible members and guests must book a class through our client portal. Click the ‘Book now’ button below to create your profile and follow the prompts. Once you arrive in the client portal, select ‘Book’, then ‘Group fitness’ and find the class for you!

What is the difference between reformer and mat Pilates? 

Mat Pilates

Performed on the floor using a mat and sometimes bands or rings for an added challenge 
Uses body weight for resistance

Reformer Pilates

Performed on a specialised machine with springs, pulleys and a moving carriage to provide adjustable resistance

What should I wear? 

Wear something comfortable and stretchy! Avoid loose clothing as it can get in the way of the equipment 
Avoid bulky jewellery 
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene purposes
